Professional Design Setup

Pro Sign Store offers the option of purchasing Professional Design Setup for your sign, banner, or marketing project. We take care of everything for clients who don't have print-ready artwork files ready to go. Simply place your order, make sure you select the "Add Professional Design Setup" option, and we'll work with you to create the perfect, effective layout for your product(s).

How It Works

1) After your order is placed with the "Add Professional Design Setup" option selected, we'll contact you within 24 hours to either have an immediate content planning session if you're available, or work with you to schedule one as soon as it works for you.

2) The content planning session is 15 minutes, during which time we will gather information about your project and note all necessary details and information from logo, background and colors to font and spacing.

3) After the content planning session, we'll work up a layout proof and email it to you within 24 hours after the planning session, and wait for your feedback. Feedback is accepted in the form of an email reply only, any additional design assistance needed beyond the 15 minute initial content planning session and the 1 round of revisions incurs our hourly design rate of $50/hour. 4) You're allowed 1 round feedback with follow up revisions. Just reply to the email with the initial design proof with what changes you need made to the existing elements, and we'll happily adjust any spacing, text, colors, for you in order to make sure the layout is just right! As soon as you approve the layout, production begins the very next day, and your order will ship out as soon as it's ready! (Don't forget, we offer FREE shipping on all orders!)

What does 'Professional Design Setup' encompass?

Custom message, font selection, unlimited color options to choose from for each element, text layout and arrangement, borders and panels, and of course 1 round of revisions!

We do not offer logo design, file conversions, custom graphic design elements, or any other form of start to finish creative design element creation during the professional design setup phase. We gladly work with our clients who need more than some colored panels, simple shapes, and text through our professional graphic design service, based on availability, starting at $50/hour.
